Sharing EXP and loot
EXP is split by the damage each player dealt. Party members pool their share and split it evenly. Loot can be picked up first by the top damage dealer (and their party), then the top 3, then everyone.
Building a boss team
| Role | Jobs | Job in the team |
|---|---|---|
| Tank | Vanguard / Lancer | Stands in front, absorbs the boss's moves |
| Healer | Cleric / Oracle | Heals the tank, buffs the team, revives |
| Damage | Spellcaster / Elementalist, Bowman / Skyhunter, Scout / Shadowblade | Deal damage from behind or the side |
| Utility | Trader / Artisan | Empower the team's weapons, help fight |
Bosses have damage-split marks that need everyone to crowd in, plus minion calls. Read how to handle them in Fighting Bosses. Do not spread out so far that the boss picks off one person.
