Landscape only
Phones and tablets play in landscape only. If you hold the device upright the game shows a "rotate your device" screen; turn it and carry on. The screen is split into corner zones that never overlap, and keeps clear of the camera notch and home bar on its own.
The basics
- Virtual joystick at bottom left walks you the way you push it Β· or tap the ground to walk there Β· tap a monster to attack Β· tap loot to pick it up Β· tap an NPC to talk
- Combat buttons at bottom right: a large attack button in the middle, skill slots in an arc around it, a separate ultimate button, and a 1 2 3 switch for skill pages. The A badge on the attack button is auto-attack
- Pinch to zoom, drag to rotate the camera
- Minimap at top right with your party list below it Β· your character card at top left, followed by the target card and the quest tracker
Menu
The menu button at bottom left opens status, bag, equipment, skills, quests, party, map and settings, including the π Report bug button. If you hit a bug, pick a type and write a message; the game attaches your device info automatically and you can optionally attach a screenshot. Windows open full-screen one at a time, and closing returns you to where you were.
Music and Smooth Mode
The settings button in the menu has a music toggle and Smooth Mode for devices that drop frames. It reduces scenery detail but plays the same.
Full screen
See Install on your phone to play without the browser bar covering the screen.
