Frequently Asked Questions
- What can I play on?
- Play right in your browser, on computers (Windows, Mac, Linux) and phones (Android, iOS). All you need is an up-to-date browser that supports WebGL 2.
- Do I need to download anything?
- No. Just open the link and play. The first load is a few dozen MB, and your browser keeps it for next time.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. There are touch buttons for attacks and skills. Play with your phone turned sideways (landscape), using the same character as on PC.
- How do I create an account?
- Tap Play now and create your character right away. Link a Google or Apple account to keep your character and continue on other devices — no new password needed.
- Is it free to play?
- Yes. Things bought with real money (Gems) are Costumes and extra services, with no stats.
- How do I buy Gems?
- In the game, open the Gems page, choose a package, scan the PromptPay QR code and attach your payment slip. See the Gems page for details.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes, from the in-game Settings. Your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- How do I contact support?
- Email admin@boxdesign.in.th, or use the channels on the Support page.
- Can I play now?
- Yes — it's open now at play.toondaonline.com on PC and mobile. Characters you create now carry on; there is no wipe.
- I pre-registered — when do I get my rewards?
- Link a Google or Apple account before October 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM Thailand time (UTC+7) to count as a first adventurer. Rewards arrive in your bag automatically the first time you play after that (keep some bag slots free). They are account-bound and cannot be traded.
