Payment

We accept payment via PromptPay in Thai baht (THB). Gems are added to your account after the team verifies the payment.

Refunds

Gems that have been added to your account cannot be refunded as money, except in cases of a system error confirmed by the team · If you transferred the wrong amount or paid twice, contact support with your slip within 7 days.

Random items

Rates for every kind of random item are shown before purchase, and they cannot be exchanged back for real money or traded with other players.

Minors

Users under 20 should get a parent or guardian’s consent before buying Gems.
