What Are Gems?
Gems are a currency you can only get by buying them. Use them for Costumes, extra services and convenience items. Everything bought with Gems has no stats, is account-bound and can’t be traded with other players. Gold, on the other hand, is earned by playing and can be traded freely.

How It Works
- Open the game and log in — Gems are account-bound, so you always need to log in first.
- Choose a package on the Gems page. The game generates a PromptPay QR code for the exact amount.
- Scan and pay with your banking app, then attach the payment slip on the same page.
- Wait for verification — Gems are added once the team confirms the payment, usually within a few hours during business hours.
Common Issues
- I paid but my Gems haven’t arrived
- Check that you attached the slip and that the amount matches exactly what the game showed (including the satang). If it’s been more than 24 hours, contact support with your order number.
- I transferred the wrong amount
- Contact support with your slip. The team will adjust your Gems to match the amount you actually paid.
- Can I get a refund?
- See the Payment Policy.
- Can I send Gems to a friend?
- No. Gems and everything bought with them are account-bound, to prevent trading outside the game.
Drop rates for every random item in the game are shown before purchase · Items obtained with Gems can’t be exchanged back for real money or Gold · Minors should get a parent or guardian’s consent before buying Gems.
