Toonda opens as a CBT (Closed Beta Test) on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM (Thailand time), and buying Gems with real money is available during it. We want you to know before you buy what happens to your characters and Gems.
What will be wiped
When the CBT ends and the real server opens (the Official Launch), we will wipe the characters, levels, items and Gold on every account. During the CBT we do not wipe as a matter of course.
What is returned in full
Every Gem you bought with real money during the CBT is returned to your same account when the real server opens. This includes:
- Gems you bought and pack bonuses, even if you already spent them
- First-top-up bonuses
- Gems from the Monthly Adventurer Pass you already claimed
Players who buy during the CBT also get a commemorative "CBT Tester" badge/title on the real server.
What is not returned
- Account-bound Gems obtained by exchanging Gold
- Free Gems from events or the team
Both come from play and are wiped along with your characters.
Conditions
- You must log in with your same account (the Google / Facebook / Apple account you bought Gems with)
- Accounts you deleted yourself, or that were suspended for cheating or breaking the terms, are not refunded (suspensions can be appealed under the terms)
- Top-ups already refunded or disputed (chargeback) are not counted twice
When does the CBT end?
Not set yet. We will announce it at least 14 days ahead, in the game and on this website.
